Q1: Can i choose any pattern and you do adjustment for me? A: Yes, you can find a basic model, from our website or from any website, just show us photos, and related information, we can make any adjustment for you according to your requirements, this is more sufficient to creat new work. Q2: What's the MOQ? Can I split patterns and sizes? A: For the pet apparels, MOQ is 30 pcs per size per style. Which means if you want 5 sizes, so MOQ is total 150pcs. Q3: Can I choose the color, size, material, logo customized way...etc? A: Yes, of course, we can make any changes as you want. Show you idea with related photos and information, then we will check out for you. Q4: Is this design protected? Can I sell on Amazon, Etsy, or TikTok safely? A: Yes. Apparels, bags, usually no patent, excluding special styles. And once we changed for some points, then no patent problem. Do not worry. Just feel free to sell. Q5: What about shipping, payment, and lead time? A: In-stock orders: ship within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation。 Bulk / OEM orders: 5–10 days for samples, 20–40 days for production. Payment: T/T (50% deposit + 50% before shipment), Western Union, Alipay Sample policy: Sample fee refundable upon bulk order ≥ 200 pcs/size
